Slim and savory spinach potato soup

Ingredients:

Chicken broth

Leeks white part only
Sliced OR

Onions chopped

Spinach trimmed and chopped

cup
Cubed potatoes

tbsp
All natural sour cream and
Butter flavor sprinkle
Freshly ground black pepper
Procedures:

Bring broth, leeks and spinach to a simmer.

Cover and cook 5 minutes.

Add potatoes and cook, covered, 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

Puree half the mixture; return to saucepan.

Stir in butter sprinkles and pepper.

Serve hot or cold.
