Ingredients:

| | Pork loin roast | | 6
| | Cloves garlic, minced | | | Salt & pepper, to taste | | 4
| tbsp | Fresh rosemary, or more | | 1/2
| cup | Honey | | 1/2
| cup | Dijon mustard | | 1/4
| cup | Olive oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place all ingredients (except the roast) in a blender and blend. | | 2 | Pierce roast on all sides and place in a zip-lock with the marinade. | | 3 | Chill, turning frequently about 12 hours. | | 4 | Grill one & one half hours, covered. | | 5 | Start roast on a hot grill, about 15 minutes, to char outside; turn heat to low. | | 6 | Baste frequently with marinade. | | 7 | Remove from heat, allow to rest 10 minutes, slice & serve. | | 8 | If you have fresh rosemary throw a couple sprigs on the coals as you grill...smells wonderful |
