Honey mustard pork chops

Ingredients:
1 largeReynolds oven bag
1 tbspFlour
1/4 cupOrange or apple juice
1/4 cupHoney
2 tbspDijon mustard
4 Pork chops, ? thick
-- fat trimmed
Basil leaves
Seasoned salt
4 medCarrots, diagonally sliced
2 medGolden Delicious apples
-- cored, cut in eighths
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Shake flour in oven bag; place in 13x9x2" baking pan.
3Add orange juice, honey and mustard to bag.
4Squeeze bag to blend ingredients.
5Sprinkle pork chops with basil and seasoned salt; place in bag.
6Place carrot and apple slices in bag around pork chops.
7Close bag with nylon tie; cut 6 half-inch slits in top.
8Bake until pork chops are tender, 35 to 40 minutes.
9Let stand in bag 5 minutes.
