Ingredients:

| large | Reynolds oven bag | | 1
| tbsp | Flour | | 1/4
| cup | Orange or apple juice | | 1/4
| cup | Honey | | 2
| tbsp | Dijon mustard | | 4
| | Pork chops, ? thick | | | -- fat trimmed | | | Basil leaves | | | Seasoned salt | | 4
| med | Carrots, diagonally sliced | | 2
| med | Golden Delicious apples | | | -- cored, cut in eighths |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | Shake flour in oven bag; place in 13x9x2" baking pan. | | 3 | Add orange juice, honey and mustard to bag. | | 4 | Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. | | 5 | Sprinkle pork chops with basil and seasoned salt; place in bag. | | 6 | Place carrot and apple slices in bag around pork chops. | | 7 | Close bag with nylon tie; cut 6 half-inch slits in top. | | 8 | Bake until pork chops are tender, 35 to 40 minutes. | | 9 | Let stand in bag 5 minutes. | | 10 | In brochure that came with package of reynolds large (19x23.5") oven bags. | | 11 | Richmond, va: consumer products division/reynolds metals company, 1988 |
