Sicilian tuna soup

Ingredients:
2 tbspOlive oil
1 medOnion, chopped
40 Garlic, chopped
1 medZucchini, chopped
2 canTomatoes w/juice, 15oz ea
4 cupChicken stock or broth
2 tbspDry sherry
1/2 tspDried oreganon
1/8 tspDried basil
1/2 tspBlack pepper
1 canCannellini beans, drain
-15oz
1 canRed kidney beans, drain
-15oz
2 canChunk light tuna in water
-drain, 6oz ea
Procedures:
1Heat olive oil in large pan over medium heat.
2Add onions, garlic and zucchini and saute until onions are transparent, 5 minutes.
3Add tomatoes with juice, stock, sherry, oregano, basil and pepper.
4Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
5Add beans and tuna and simmer for another 15 minutes.
