Ingredients:
1 smallOnion or 3 scallions
-chopped
3 cupFresh kale, chopped
1/2 tspGarlic powder
1/8 tspBlack pepper
1/8 tspTumeric
1/3 cupVegetable broth
3 cupPre-cooked rice
8 cupWater or vegetable broth
1/4 cupLemon juice
1 cupNutritional yeast
1 tbspTamari or soy sauce
Procedures:
1In a large pot, saute onion, kale, and seasonings in 1/3 c vegetable broth over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes longer.
3Serve warm.
