Paprika mushroom soup

Ingredients:
12 ozMushrooms, cleaned
-and sliced
2 cupOnion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, crushed
4 tbspButter (or margarine)
3 tbspFlour
1 cupMilk
2 tbspDill weed
1 tbspHungarian paprika
1 tbspTamari
Black pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
2 tbspLemon juice
2 cupVegetable stock or water
1/4 cupParsley, fresh
1/2 cupSour cream
Procedures:
1Saute onions in large pot with half the butter for 5 minutes.
2Add mushrooms and crushed garlic along with dill, paprika, stock and tamari.
3Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
4in a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and stir in flour.
5Whisk while heating for 2 minutes, then add milk.
6Stir often for 10 minutes or until thick.
7Combine mushroom mixture with sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
8Add sour cream.
9Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste before serving.
10Top with chopped parsley.
