Ingredients:

| cup | Organic Raisins | | 1
| cup | Warm Water, 110-115oF | | 1
| cup | Organic Unbleached White | | | -Flour |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put raisins in water. | | 2 | Let stand in a warm (90of) place until bubbles form. | | 3 | Remove raisins. | | 4 | Mix together flour and water. | | 5 | Place in a clean jar, cover with plastic wrap, and leave in a warm place 2-4 days, stirring each day, or until it becomes light and frothy. | | 6 | This means fermentation is under way. | | 7 | Refrigerate. |
