Ingredients:
1/2 cupOrganic Raisins
1 cupWarm Water, 110-115oF
1 cupOrganic Unbleached White
-Flour
Procedures:
1Put raisins in water.
2Let stand in a warm (90of) place until bubbles form.
3Remove raisins.
4Mix together flour and water.
5Place in a clean jar, cover with plastic wrap, and leave in a warm place 2-4 days, stirring each day, or until it becomes light and frothy.
6This means fermentation is under way.
7Refrigerate.
