Ingredients:
1/2 cupButter or margarine soften
1 packYellow cake mix
1/2 cupFlaked coconut
1 canApples (20 oz. variation
Substiute cherry, pineapple
Or peach pie filling.
1/2 cupSugar
1 tspCinnamon
1 cupSour cream
1 Egg
Procedures:
1Directions heat oven 350 cut butter into dry cake mix with fork, mixture will be crumbly.
2Mix in coconut.
3Pat mixture lightly into ungreased baking pan, 13 x 9 inches.
4Build up slightly on the edges.
5Bake 10 minutes
6arrange apple slices on warm crust.
7Mix sugar cinnamon; sprinkle on apples.
8Blend sourcream and beaten egg" drizzle over apple and cinnamon mixture.
9(this mixture will not completely cover apples, is more of a drizzle than topping).
10Bake additional 25 minutes till edges are light golden brown.
11Do not overbake.
12Serve warm.
13If your sweet tooth is really ragin, serve with french vanilla ice cream.
