Pork stew with prunes and apricots

Ingredients:
3 tbspFlour
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1 lbsPork cut in 1" chunks
3 Stalks celery chopped
1 Medium onion chopped
1/2 tspGround cumin
1/4 cupBrandy
1 1/2 cupPitted prunes, halved
1/2 tspPaprika
1/4 tspPepper
2 tbspOil
2 Carrots cut in ? pieces
1/4 cupChopped fresh parsley
1/4 tspGround allspice
2 cupChicken broth
1 cupDried apricot halves
Procedures:
1In a plastic bag combine the flour, ?tsp of the salt, paprika, garlic powder, and 1/8 tsp of the pepper.
2Add a few pieces of the meat, and shake in the flour until coated.
3Repeat with the remaining meat; set aside.
4in a heavy saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat.
5Add meat several pieces at a time and brown.
6Remove and set aside.
7Reduce heat to medium low and stir in celery, carrots, onion, parsley, cumin and allspice.
8Cook stirring, 5 minutes.
9Stir in brandy and cook 2 minutes.
10Add broth, pork, remaining ?tsp of the salt and 1/8 tsp of the pepper.
11Bring to a boil.
12Cover and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
13Add prunes and apri- cots, and cook 10 minutes or until fruits are tender.
14Serve over noodles.
