4 eachIowa Pork Chops (1" thick)
1/2 cupRaisins
1/2 cupApricots halves
1/4 cupPrune juice
6 eachStewed prunes
1/4 cupApricot juice
Salt to taste
Paprika to taste
Procedures:
1Sear chops in hot skillet.
2Season with salt and paprika.
3Cover chops with fruit.
4Add juice and cover pan tightly.
5Cook 30 minutes over medium heat.
6(chops an be transferred to a casserole dish with tight lid and placed in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes) enjoy
