Ingredients:
2 ozDried mushrooms
2 tbspCooking oil
1 eachGreen onion, chopped
1 tspGarlic, chopped
1 tspGinger, chopped
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 tspBrown sugar
1/2 tspSalt
1 literStock
Procedures:
1Soak mushrooms in water for 20 minutes.
2Separate stem from caps & discard stems.
3Heat oil in a soup pot & fry onion, garlic & ginger for 2 minutes.
4Add soy sauce, sugar & salt.
5Mix together well.
6Pour in stock & simmer gently with the lid on for 30 minutes.
