Ingredients:
8 Cubes medium hard Tofu

2 tbspSoy sauce
1 tspSalt
2 tspCornstarch
2 tspWater
1 cupSoup stock
1 tspSesame oil
3 cupOil
Procedures:
1Cut the tofu in ?inch cubes and deep fry in hot oil for 30 sec.
2Remove tofu and drain off all but 3 tablespoons oil.
3Reheat and fry the pork well, add garlic, hot bean paste, soy sauce, salt, soup stock, and tofu.
4Boil 3 minutes.
5Mix cornstarch and water to make a paste, then add to mixture to thicken.
6Toss in chopped green onion and sesame oil.
7Put on a plate and sprinkle with brown peppercorn and serve with rice.
8Recipe is
