Ingredients:
1/2 medHead of cabbage, shredded
4 Hot peppers
2 tbspSoya sauce
Pepper
Salt
2 tbspCider vinegar
2 tbspBrown sugar
2 tbspOil
1/2 cupWater
Procedures:
1Shred cabbage.
2Remove seeds from hot peppers, slice.
3Assemble other ingredients.
4Heat oil in wok to smoking point.
5Add hot peppers, stir fry a half minute.
6Add cabbage, salt, pepper, stir thoroughly and fry about 2 minutes.
7Add ?cup water, cider vinegar, soya sauce, and brown sugar.
8Stir thoroughly.
9Cover wok, cook ingredients 8-10 minutes.
10Lift wok cover from time to time to stir mixture.
