Ingredients:
3 tbspRice
1 eachCarrot, chopped
2 eachGreen onion, chopped
1 eachGarlic clove, minced
1/3 cupWater
1 tbspSoy sauce
1/4 tspFive spice
1 xPepper, dash
1/2 eachChicken breast
Procedures:
1Place first four ingredients on foil with dull side down.
2Place chicken breast on top.
3Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over breast.
4Bake at 375 °F for 45 to 50 minutes.
