| pack | (3-?oz) instant vanilla | | | -pudding mix | | 1
| cartn | (8 oz) plain yogurt | | 1
| pack | (8 oz) cream cheese | | | -softened | | 1/4
| cup | Orange juice | | 4
| tsp | Grated orange peel | | 1
| can | (20 oz) Dole pineapple | | | -slices (in unsweetened | | | -pineapple juice) | | 1
| tsp | Each: sugar, cornstarch |

Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe corner 8/92 sonya whitaker-quandt | | 2 | combine crumbs with butter. | | 3 | Press in 9-inch pie plate. | | 4 | Bake in 400 degree oven 5 minutes. | | 5 | Beat together pudding mix, yogurt, cream cheese, orange juice and 2 tsp orange peel (mixture is stiff). | | 6 | Turn into crust. | | 7 | Chill. | | 8 | Drain pineapple, reserve ?cup juice. | | 9 | Combine juice, sugar and cornstarch. | | 10 | Cook, stirring until boils and thickens. | | 11 | Cool. | | 12 | Stir in remaining orange peel. | | 13 | Arrange pineapple over top of pie. | | 14 | Spoon sauce over pineapple. | | 15 | Serves 6. |
