| | Garlic cloves, minced | | 2
| tsp | Grated fresh ginger | | 2
| | Onions, sliced | | 6
| | Rounds of pocket bread | | | -- cut into halves | | | CABBAGE AND CARROT SLAW | | 3
| tbsp | White vinegar | | 2
| tbsp | Sugar | | 2
| cup | Shredded cabbage | | 1
| cup | Shredded carrots |

Procedures:
