Ingredients:
2 tbspOil
1 tspGrated ginger
1 tspMinced garlic
2 smallMinced red peppers
5 Mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 Green onions, sliced
16 ozTofu, cubed
2 tbspRed miso, mixed with ?c

1 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspHoney
1 tbspTahini
1/2 tspVinegar
1 tspCornstarch dissolved in 2 tb

Procedures:
1Heat oil in wok.
2Add ginger, garlic & red peppers.
3Saute for 3 minutes.
4Add mushrooms & onion whites.
5Saute for 3 minutes.
6Add onion greens & tofu & saute for 1 minute.
7Combine miso, soy sauce, honey, tahini & vinegar.
8Mix well.
9Stir into saute mixture & simmer for 1 minute.
10Stir in dissolved cornstarch & simmer 30 seconds or till thick.
11Serve over rice.
