| 1 | Put the sugar, milk and margarine into a saucepan and bring to a boil. |

| 3 | Place the chocolate chips, baking chocolate, vanilla and fluff into a large bowl. |

| 5 | The heat of the sugar mixture will melt the other ingredients. |
| 6 | Add the walnuts and pour into a greased pan. |
| 7 | A large cookie sheet lined with foil works well. |
| 8 | Keep in the refrigerator. |
