1/2 cupTomato sauce
4 largePotatoes, peeled, cubed
1 Green bell pepper
-slice thinly
1 Rib celery, chopped
1 Yellow onion, sliced thin
3 Carrots, peeled and sliced
1 Sprig fresh parsley

1 Bay leaf
Procedures:
1Cut round steak into 1-inch cubes.
2Brown beef cubes over high heat in a nonstick skillet.
3Add the rest of the ingredients to the skillet.
4Cover and simmer for 1 hour over medium heat until the meat is tender.
