Ingredients:
1 lbsBlackberries
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/4 cupFinely chopped cilantro
1 tbspFinely chopped mint
2 tbspFinely chopped thyme
1 Small onion, finely chopped
1 Small cucumber
- peeled, seeded, & diced
Salt
1 tspWine vinegar
Sour cream
Procedures:
1Crush blackberries and strain off juice.
2Add water to juice to make 3 ?cups liquid.
3Add garlic, cilantro, mint, thyme, onion, cucumber, salt to taste and vinegar.
4Stir well and chill.
5Pass with sour cream.
6Makes 6 servings.
