Ingredients:
3 medBaking potatoes
2 tbspCornstarch
2 cupSkim milk
1 tbspDijon mustard
1/4 tspPepper
1/2 cupShredded Swiss cheese (2

2 cupCut up fully cooked smoked
-extra lean ham (about 8
-ounces)
1 pack(10 ounces) frozen
-asparagus cuts, thawed and
-drained
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 375!.
2Bake potatoes about 1 hour or until tender.
3Mix cornstarch and milk in 2-quart nonstick saucepan.
4Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
5Stir in mustard, pepper and cheese.
6Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
7Stir in ham and asparagus; heat through.
8To serve, cut potatoes lengthwise in half.
9Serve sauce over potato halves.
