Savannah peach cheesecake

Ingredients:
CRUST
1 cupGraham craker crumbs
3 tbspMargarine
2 tbspSugar or 3 sugar substitute
-packets
FILLING
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cupCold water
8 ozLight cream cheese
3 tbspSugar or 4 sugar substitute
-packets
1/8 tspGround ginger
1/2 cupSkim milk
16 ozPeach lowfat yogurt
TOPPING
2 Fresh peaches, pitted
-peeled, & sliced
1 tbspLemon juice
Procedures:
1Crust: stir together crumbs, margarine and 2 t sugar in small bowl; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
2Chill.
3Filling: soften gelatin in water in small saucepan; stir over low heat until dissolved.
4Blend cream cheese product, 3 t sugar and ginger in large mixing bowl at medium speed until well blended (electric mixer).
5Gradually add gelatin and milk; mix well.
6Chill until mixture is thickened but not set.
7Fold in yogurt; pour over crust.
8Chill until firm.
9About 6 hours.
10Carefully remove rim of pan just before serving.
11Toss together peach slices and lemon juice, drain.
12Arrange peaches on top of cheesecake.
13Serves 8 - ha ha only takes ?hour to make.
