| cup | Frozen Orange Juice, Thawed | | 1/4
| cup | Vegetable Oil | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon Juice | | 2
| tbsp | Orange Peel, Grated | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| | Clove Garlic | | 1
| | Orange, Medium, ** |

Procedures:
| 1 | * pork chops should be cut about ?inch thick. | | 2 | ** orange should be cut into 6 wedges. | | 3 | Cover chiles with water. | | 4 | Let stand until softened, about 1 hour. | | 5 | Drain and finely chop. | | 6 | Place pork chops in a shallow glass or plastic dish. | | 7 | Place chiles and remaining ingredients, except the orange, in a blender container. | | 8 | Cover and blend, at low speed, until smooth. | | 9 | Pour over chops. | | 10 | Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, spooning marinade over chops occasionally. | | 11 | Set oven control to broil. | | 12 | Remove chops from marinade and sit marinade aside. | | 13 | Place chops on rack in a broiler pan. | | 14 | Broil, with tops of the chops 3 to 5 inches from the heat, until light brown, about 10 minutes. | | 15 | Turn the chops and brush with the marinade. | | 16 | Broil until chops are done, about 5 minutes longer. | | 17 | Garnish with orange wedges and serve |
