Ingredients:

Sliced Peaches, undrained

Nuts, chopped

Flaked Shredded Coconut

Yellow or white cake mix

Brown sugar

cup
Margarine, melted
Procedures:

Heat oven to 350°F.

Arrange peaches with the juice in botttom of a greased and floured 9x13" pan.

Sprinkle cake mix over top.

Sprinkle nuts mixed with coconut and brown sugar on top.

Drizzle melted margarine over all.

Bake 35-40 minutes.

Serve with cool whip or ice cream.
