Ingredients:
1 tbspOil
2 tbspGreen pepper, finely chopped 10 ?oz Condensed tomato soup
1/4 cupOnion, finely chopped
1/2 cupCelery, finely chopped
1 cupCarrot, shredded
1 1/4 cupWater
12 ozVegetable juice cocktail
Procedures:
1Heat oil.
2Add vegetables and cook until tender.
3Mix soup, water, and vegetable juice cocktail in a saucepan.
4Bring to a boil.
5Add vegetables.
6Cover and heat to serving temperature.
7Serve in mugs.
