Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsTurkey parts, skinned
1 ea Onion, coursely chopped
2 ea Garlic, finely chopped
19 ozTomatoes
1 cupChicken stock
1 cupFrozen green peas
1/4 tspGround pepper
1/4 tspThyme
1 tspPapkrika
1 ea Green pepper, coarsely chop
1 cupCoarsely chopped celery
1/2 cupSliced mushrooms
1 cupPeeled chopped potatoes
1 tbspDried parsley
1/4 tspDried oregano
Procedures:
1Cut turkey parts into bite sized pieces.
2In a large skillet or saucepan, combine turkey paprika.
3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes and meat is browned.
4Remove turkey and set aside.
5Place onions, green pepper, garlic, celery and mushrooms in skillet.
6Cook, stirring constantly about 4 minutes and vegetables are tender.
7Add tomatoes, chicken stock, potatoes, peas, parsley, pepper, oregano and thyme; mix well.
8Add reserved turkey, cooked covered over low heat about 40 minutes or until meat is fork tender.
9Serve on hot rice.
