Ingredients:

| cup | Brown sugar, firmly packed | | 1 1/2
| cup | Pecans, chopped fine, * | | 2 1/2
| cup | All-purpose flour, sifted | | 1/2
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1
| cup | Semi-sweet chocolate chips |

Procedures:
