Ingredients:
1 cupPeas
1 cupGreen Beans
1 cupCarrots, sliced
1 cupMushrooms
1 Egg
1 tspMargarine, melted
1/2 cupMilk
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Veg. Cooking Spray
Procedures:
1Cook veg.
2In sm.
3Amt.
4Of boiling salted water til crisp-tender; drain.
5Chop veg.
6Fine.
7Whip egg til lemon colored; add margarine and milk.
8Blend well.
9Add chopped veggies, salt and pepper.
10Pour into baking dish coated w/ veg.
11Spray.
12Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 min. or til set.
