| large | Tomato, seeded and diced | | 1
| small | Green pepper, seeded / diced | | 1
| med | Cucumber, seeded and diced | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped parsley | | 1
| tbsp | Chopped fresh mint |

Procedures:
