Twice-baked potatoes

Ingredients:
1 eachMed. Baking Potato
1 1/2 tbspButter Or Margarine
1 xMilk
2 tbspShredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tbspSliced Green Onion
1 xPaprika (Optional)
Procedures:
1Scrub baking potato with a brush.
2Prick with a fork in several places.
3Place potato in a shallow baking dish.
4Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 4 to 5 minutes or till potato is tender.
5Cut a lengthwise slice from the top of the potato.
6Discard skin from lengthwise slice; place the potato portion from the lengthwise slice in a mixing bowl.
7Scoop out the insides of the potato, leaving a ?inch-thick shell; reserve the shell.
8Add the insides of the potato to the mixing bowl containing the potato portion from the top slice, mash.
9Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, butter or margarine and sliced green onion.
10Beat in enough milk to give the mixture a stiff consistency.
11Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
12Pile the mashed potato mixture into the reserved potato shell.
13Return to the shallow baking dish.
14Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% powerfor 1 to 2 minutes or till potato mixture is heated through.
15Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
