Chicken with plum sauce

Ingredients:
2 Chicken breast, skinned
- boned
3 tbspWine, white, dry
1 tbspCatsup
3 tbspPlum sauce
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspSugar
3 tbspOil
1/4 cupChicken broth
1 tspCornstarch
1 tbspWater
Procedures:
1Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
2In a bowl mix together wine, catsup, 2 tablespoons plum sauce, salt and sugar.
3Add chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
4Heat wok or skillet over high heat.
5Add oil.
6Stir-fry chicken until almost cooked, about 1 minute.
7Add chicken broth and remaining 1 tablespoon plum sauce.
8Simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
9Blend cornstarch and water mixture and add to pan.
10Simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened and translucent.
