Ingredients:
1 tbspUnbleached white flour
2 tbspBrown sugar
2 Peaches, sliced
3/4 cupMargarine
1 cupSugar
2 1/2 cupUnbleached white flour
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspBaking soda
1 tspBaking powder
1 tspVanilla
8 ozLow-fat lemon yogurt
1 Egg
1 Egg white
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 325°F.
2Grease a 12-cup bundt pan with margarine and dust with flour.
3In a medium bowl, mix 1 tbs of flour and the brown sugar.
4Add peaches and mix until covered with sugar.
5Spread peaches around bottom of bundt pan.
6In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar.
7Stir in 2-?cups flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
8Add vanilla, yogurt, egg and egg white then beat for 3 minutes at medium speed.
9Pour batter over peaches and bake for about 1 hour or until a cake tester comes out clean.
10Cool for about 10 minutes before removing from pan.
