Ingredients:
4 cupShredded zucchini
1 cupBisquick mix
1/2 cupChopped onion
1/2 cupCheese (your choice of kind)
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspSeason salt
1/2 cupVegetable oil
4 Beaten eggs
Dash of pepper
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients together.
2Place in greased bread pan, bake at 350 °F for 30-45 minutes.
3Cool for 5-10 minutes cut and serve.
4Serve as your main course with salad and bread.
