Ingredients:
3 cupDrained canned peaches
1/4 cupPeach syrup
1 smallPkg instant vanilla pudding
1/4 cupBrown sugar
Topping:
1/2 cupFlour
3/4 cupUncooked oatmeal
1/4 cupBrown sugar
1/2 cupMargarine, melted
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspCinnamon
Reserve instant vanilla
Pudding
Procedures:
1Pudding: combine peaches, syrup, 1 tablespoon dry pudding mix, and brown sugar.
2Add to ungreased 8-inch square baking dish.
3Reserve remaining pudding mix.
4Topping: combine all ingredients until crumbly.
5Sprinkle over peach mixture.
6Bake at 350 °F for 45 to 50 minutes.
