Thick 'n chicken soup

Ingredients:
2 tbspOlive oil
5 cupWater
1 tspGoya adobo with pepper
1 cupLentils
1 cupBarley
16 ozWhole tomatoes-1 cn, cut up
1 cupOnions, sliced
1 cupCarrots, sliced
1 cupCelery, sliced
1 packGoya Sazon sin Achiote
2 cupChicken, chopped, cooked
Procedures:
1In soup pot, heat oil unitl hot.
2Saute vegetables on medium heat until onions wilt.
3Cover and cook 3 minutes more.
4Add water, boullion, adobo, sazon and bring to a boil.
5Add barley and lentils, simmer 20 minutes.
6Add chicken and tomatoes and heat through.
7Serves 6 - 8.
