Thai chicken and coconut soup

Ingredients:
2 cupCnd low salt chicken broth
1 can14 oz unswtnd coconut milk
1/2 cup?in slcs frsh lemongrass
1 Lge chicken breast half
- with skin and ribs
1 tbsp(or more) lime juice
1/2 Jalapeno chili, minced
Finely chopd frsh cilantro
Procedures:
1Bring first 3 ingredients to boil in heavy medium saucepan.
2Reduce heat, add chicken and simmer until almost cooked through, turning occasionally, about 12 minutes.
3Transfer chicken to plate; cool.
4Remove chickenskin and bones.
5Cut meat into ?inch pieces.
6Strain soup through sieve into small saucepan.
7Add 1 t lime juice and jalapeno to soup and simmer until reduced to 2 cups, about 20 minutes.
8Add chicken and simmer just to heat through.
9Taste, adding more lime juice if desired.
10Ladle soup into bowls.
11Sprinkle with fresh cilantro
