Texas chili chicken stew

Ingredients:
2 tbspVegetable oil
1/2 cupChopped onion
1 cupChopped green pepper
1 Garlic clove
1/4 cupFlour
1 tspChili powder
1/2 tspBasil
1/4 tspOregano
2 tbspChopped mild green chilies
2 canChicken broth (12 oz)
2 cupCooked chicken, diced
1 canChopped stewed tomatoes
-(8 oz)
1 canVEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables
With liquid (16 oz)
Procedures:
1Heat oil in 2-quart pot.
2Cook onion and green pepper until tender, but not browned.
3Add garlic and stir in flour, chili powder, basil, oregano, chilis, chicken broth and diced chicken.
4Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
5Stir in tomatoes and veg-all and cook 10 minutes longer.
