Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsTrimmed chuck
-- cut into ?inch cubes
1 medOnion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 cupSpicy tomato juice
1 cupBeef broth
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
2 tbspChili powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1/4 tspCayenne pepper
1 tbspMasa
1 tbspWater
Procedures:
1Cooking time: 2 ?hours Brown meat and onions; drain.
2Add all ingredients except masa and simmer over low heat for 2 hours, adding more tomato juice if needed.
3Combine masa with water.
4Whisk until smooth.
5Add to bubbling chili and continue cooking for 15 minutes or until thickened.
