Ingredients:
2 cupBisquick
1/2 cupApple, chopped, peeled
3 tbspBrown sugar
1/4 tspGinger
1/3 cupMilk
1 Egg, or 2 egg whites
-or ?c egg substitute
Milk
Sugar
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 425°F.
2Grease cookie sheet.
3Mix bisquick, apple, brown sugar, ginger, milk and egg until dough forms.
4Knead 10 times.
5Pat dough into 8 inch wide circle on cookie sheet.
6Brush with milk.
7Sprinkle with sugar.
8Cut into 8 wedges.
9Bake about 14 minutes or untl golden brown.
10Serve warm
