Ingredients:
1 1/3 cupAll purpose flour
1 cupWhole whear flour
1 1/4 cupSugar
2 tspBaking soda
1 tspSalt
1 tspCinnamon
5 cupApples, peeled & sliced thin
(approximately 5 apples)
1/2 cupOil
1/4 cupHoney
1 tspVanilla
2 Eggs
1/2 cupChopped nuts
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350°F.
2Grease and flour bottom only of 13x9-inch pan.
3In large bowl, combine all ingredients except nut at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
4Stir in nuts.
5Spread batter in prepared pan.
6Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
7Serve warm or cool with whipped cream, ice cream, butter sauce, or carmel sauce, if desired.
