| 1 | Heat oven to 350 °Fahrenheit. |
| 2 | Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan. |
| 3 | In large bowl, stir together flour, granulated sugar, cocoa, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. |
| 4 | Add butter; cut in with pastry blender or with hands until mixture is well blended, resembling coarse crumbs. |
| 5 | Add eggs; mix well. |
| 6 | Spoon mixture into prepared pan, pressing firmly onto bottom of pan. |
| 7 | Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture is set. |
| 8 | Remove from oven; sprinkle peanut butter chips on top. |
| 9 | Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over chips; top with coconut. |
| 10 | Return to oven; bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top. |
| 11 | Cool completely in pan on wire rack. |
| 12 | Cut into bars. |
| 13 | About 24 bars. |
