| 1 | Preheat oven to 375°F. |
| 2 | Combine cookie mix, peanut butter flavor packet from mix and egg in large bowl. |
| 3 | Stir until thoroughly blended. |
| 4 | Shape dough into 36 (1") balls. |
| 5 | Roll half the balls in sugar and half in chopped peanuts. |
| 6 | Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. |
| 7 | Make indentation in center of each balls with finger or handle end of wooden spoon. |
| 8 | Sill each with ?teaspoon strawberry jam. |
| 9 | Bake at 375°F. |
| 10 | For 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown. |
| 11 | Cool 1 minute on baking sheets. |
| 12 | Remove to cooling racks. |
| 13 | Cool completely. |
| 14 | Store in airtight container. |
| 15 | makes 3 dozen cookies. |
