| tsp | Vanilla | | 2
| tbsp | Orange juice | | 1
| cup | Flour | | 4
| tbsp | Butter, melted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe by: nancy tarsi preheat oven to 375 degrees. | | 2 | Grease and flour madeleine pans. | | 3 | with mixer in large bowl, beat together the eggs, yolks, sugar, orange zest, vanilla, and orange juice until pale yellow and almost tripled in volume (about 6 minutes). | | 4 | Sift flour over this mixture; fold in gently but thorougly; do not overwork or mixture will deflate. | | 5 | Fold about ?cup batter into cooled butter and then fold back into cake mixture. | | 6 | Spoon batter into prepared pan, filling almost to the top. | | 7 | bake madeleins until just barely golden around edges, about 7-10 minutes. | | 8 | Cool 1 minute and remove from pan with a small, sharp knife. | | 9 | Sift powdered sugar over warm madeleines. | | 10 | Refill pans and continue to bake until all batter has been used. | | 11 | It is not necessary to regrease and flour the pan. |
