Oatmeat raisin cookies

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cupSifted all-purpose flour
1 tspBaking powder
1 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspSalt
2 Eggs
1 1/4 cupWhite sugar
1/2 cupShortening (or part butter
-and pure lard)
6 tbspMolasses
1 tspVanilla
2 cupQuick oatmeal
1/2 cupChopped raisins
1/2 cupChopped walnuts
Procedures:
1Sift flour, baking soda and powder, salt, sugar into mixing bowl.
2Add unbeaten eggs, shortening, molasses and vanilla.
3Stir with wooden spoon until smooth (1 ?minutes) or beat with mixer until smooth.
4Then add rolled oats, raisins and chopped walunts.
5Drop 4 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
6Bake at 325°F.
7For 12-15 minutes.
