Ingredients:
1 cupButter (2 Sticks)
1 packCream Cheese
2 1/2 cupSifted Flour
2 1/2 cupLight Brown Sugar (1 Box)
4 tbspMelted Butter
1 tspVanilla
2 1/2 cupChopped Nuts
3 Eggs
Procedures:
1Dough: mix together butter, cream cheese and flour as for pie crust.
2Line small muffin tins by patting in mixture.
3Fill ?to ?full with nut filling.
4Nut filling: beat eggs, add sugar gradually.
5Add melted butter and vanilla.
6Add nuts and mix well.
7Bake in moderate oven 350°F for about 20 minutes or until light brown.
8Makes 8 dozen.
9Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
