Multi blend soft cookies

Ingredients:
4 1/2 cupAM Multi Blend Flour
2 packDry active yeast
1 tspSea salt (optional)
1 tspCinnamon
1/2 cupHoney (or less to taste)
2 1/2 cupWarm water
2 tbspApple cider vinegar
1/4 cupAM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
1 cupRaisins
Procedures:
1Combine flour, yeast, cinnamon and salt in mixing bowl.
2Combine vinegar, oil, honey, water and raisins in a second bowl.
3Add liquid mixture to dry and mix thoroughly.
4Batter will become quite stiff, but should not be dry.
5If dry, add a little water.
6Drop on cookie sheet.
7Spread cookies out (they spread very little in baking).
8Bake in 350°F. oven about 15-20 minutes or until done.
9Makes 4-6 dozen.
10Yeast-free variation: substitute a tablespoon of baking powder for the yeast.
11Use cool, but not warm water.
