| 1 | Combine flour, yeast, cinnamon and salt in mixing bowl. |
| 2 | Combine vinegar, oil, honey, water and raisins in a second bowl. |
| 3 | Add liquid mixture to dry and mix thoroughly. |
| 4 | Batter will become quite stiff, but should not be dry. |
| 5 | If dry, add a little water. |
| 6 | Drop on cookie sheet. |
| 7 | Spread cookies out (they spread very little in baking). |
| 8 | Bake in 350°F. oven about 15-20 minutes or until done. |
| 9 | Makes 4-6 dozen. |
| 10 | Yeast-free variation: substitute a tablespoon of baking powder for the yeast. |
| 11 | Use cool, but not warm water. |
