Ingredients:

| cup | Flour, all purpose | | 1
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Cinnamon, ground | | 1/2
| tsp | Nutmeg, ground | | 1 1/4
| cup | Sugar, white | | 3/4
| cup | Butter, salted, softened | | 1/2
| cup | Eggnog | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla extract | | 2
| large | Egg yolks | | 1
| tbsp | Nutmeg, ground |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 300°F. | | 2 | In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. | | 3 | Mix well with a wire whisk and set aside. | | 4 | In a large bowl cream sugar and butter with an electric mixer to form a grainy paste. | | 5 | Add eggnog, vanilla and egg yolks and beat at medium speed until smooth. | | 6 | Add the flour mixture and beat at low speed just until combined. | | 7 | Do not overmix. | | 8 | Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets, 1 inch apart. | | 9 | Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. | | 10 | Bake for 23-25 minutes or until bottoms turn light brown. | | 11 | Transfer to cool, flat surface immediately with spatula. |
