- (charcoal) steaks
- cut ?inch thick
1/4 cupWorcestershire Sauce
1/4 cupSoy sauce
1/4 cupLime juice
2 tbspVegetable oil
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbspChili powder
1 tbspBrown sugar
MANGO SALSA
2 cupDiced tomatoes
1 Fresh mango, peeled & diced
1 Bell pepper, seeded & diced
6 Green onions w/tops, diced
1 largeFresh jalapeno
-- seeded and diced
1/4 cupLime juice
1/2 cupFresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cupPecan pieces, toasted
Procedures:
1Serves 4 in 30 minutes Mix worcestershire and next 6 ingredients for marinade.
2Marinate steaks 15-30 min. Combine salsa ingredients.
3Grill steaks 4-6 inches from medium coals for 8-10 min., turning once.
4Serve steaks with mango salsa.
5Cut steaks in ?inch slices, if desired.
6Serving suggestions: rice and steamed broccoli.
