Ingredients:

| cup | Cocoa powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Soda | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| cup | Dark brown sugar, packed | | 3/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| cup | Butter, softened | | 3
| large | Eggs | | 2
| tsp | Vanilla extract | | 1
| cup | Semisweet chocolate bar | | | Coarsely chopped (5 ?oz) | | 1
| cup | White chocolate bar | | | Coarsely chopped (5 ?oz) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 300°F. | | 2 | In a medium bowl combine flour, cocoa, soda and salt. | | 3 | Mix well and set aside. | | 4 | Blend sugars in a large bowl using an electric mixer set at medium speed. | | 5 | Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste, scraping down sides of bowl. | | 6 | Add eggs and vanilla, and beat at medium speed until smooth. | | 7 | Add the flour mixture and chocolates, and blend at low speed until just combined. | | 8 | Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets, 2 in apart. | | 9 | Bake 23-25 min. transfer to cooling rack. |
