Grilled seafood kabobs

Ingredients:
1 lbsLarge Shrimp (deveined)
1 lbsLarge Mushrooms
1/4 cupHoney
8 ea Wooden Skewers
1 lbsFreah Sea Scallops
17 ozBottled Bar-B-Q Sauce
4 tbspStone Ground Dijion Mustard
2 lbsFresh Fruit (as garnish)
Procedures:
1Combine the bar-b-q sauce, honey and mustard in a bowl and mix well.
2Place alternating groups of shrinp, sea scallops and mushrooms on the skewers.
3Place completed kabobs in a baking pan.
4Spoon the marinade over the kabobs and allow to set for 12 hours (or over- night) in the refrigerator.
5Grill over direct heat for 7 to 8 minutes or until the shrimp have turned pink, turing frequently to prevent buring.
6Baste with marinade and use a covered grill to insure snokey flavor.
7Garnish with fresh fruit
